1. What destinations do you offer fast boat transfers to?

  • We offer fast boat transfers from Sanur to Nusa Penida, Nusa Lembongan, Gili Trawangan, Gili Air, and Lombok.

2. Who can join the trip?

  • Our trips are open to participants aged 2 to 60 years. If you’re over 60, please contact our customer service first to ensure the trip is suitable for you.

3. How can I book a ticket?

  • You can easily book your ticket online through our website. Select your route, travel dates, and number of passengers, then proceed to secure payment. Please note that a minimum of 2 passengers is required per booking.

4. Do you offer hotel pickup and drop-off?

  • Yes, we provide hotel transfers in selected areas for an additional fee. You can choose this option during the booking process.

5. How long is the boat trip?

  • Travel times vary depending on your destination:
    Sanur to Nusa Penida: ~45 minutes
    Sanur to Nusa Lembongan: ~30 minutes
    Sanur to Gili Islands/Lombok: ~2.5–3 hours (with a short stop in Padangbai)

6. What time should I arrive at the harbor?

  • We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before your departure time to check in and board the boat.

7. What is your cancellation policy?

  • Cancellations made 48 hours before departure will receive a full refund. No refunds are available for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the trip.

8. Can I bring luggage on board?

  • Yes, you may bring one piece of luggage (up to 20kg) and a small hand-carry item free of charge. Extra luggage may incur additional fees.

9. Is the boat ride safe?

  • Yes, we work only with licensed operators who follow strict safety protocols. Life jackets are provided for all passengers.

10. Do you operate in all weather conditions?

  • Service may be delayed or rescheduled in case of extreme weather for safety reasons. We’ll notify you in advance if this happens.

11. Can I change my travel dates after booking?

  • Date changes are possible depending on seat availability. Please contact us at least 24 hours before your original travel date.

12. Do you provide food on board?

  • What if I have food allergies or restrictions?
    Some operators may offer light snacks or drinks, but meal service is not guaranteed. If you have food allergies or dietary restrictions, we recommend bringing your own safe snacks and informing the staff before boarding if needed.

13. Can passengers with mobility issues join the trip ?

  • Unfortunately, fast boat access often requires walking on uneven surfaces, stepping into the water, or climbing stairs. Therefore, the trip is not suitable for passengers with mobility limitations or those who require wheelchair assistance.

14. Is travel insurance included in the ticket or tours?

  • No, we do not provide travel insurance for either fast boat transfers or any tour activities booked through our platform. Any insurance coverage is solely provided by the individual service operators (if applicable). We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance on their own to cover accidents, delays, medical needs, or trip cancellations.
